Lucie and Dave wanted their wedding to feel fun, unexpected, and completely authentic to who they are. Rather than following traditional wedding conventions, they focused on creating an experience centered around connection, great food, strong cocktails, and a packed dance floor.

Hosted at Flanagan Farm, the celebration blended the rustic character of the venue with a playful retro aesthetic. Disco balls, shimmering tinsel installations, custom wedding branding, colorful lounge areas, and creative food displays transformed the barn into a vibrant, high-energy gathering space unlike a traditional wedding reception.

Guest experience drove every design decision. Friends and family were welcomed with pickleback shots, encouraged to mingle throughout a cocktail-style reception, and invited to continue the celebration late into the evening with karaoke inside the barn. The result was a wedding that felt relaxed, personal, and unforgettable—a true reflection of the couple's personalities and the people they love most.
