Set along the rocky coastline of Kittery, Maine, this private estate wedding was designed to honor both the natural beauty of the property and the generations of family memories created there. Rather than transforming the setting into something unfamiliar, the goal was to create a celebration that felt as though it belonged there—elevated, intentional, and deeply personal.

The design embraced the relaxed elegance of the Maine coast through layered textures, candlelight, and thoughtfully curated details. Guests gathered for an oceanfront ceremony beneath a custom-built chuppah before moving into an al fresco reception overlooking the water. Handcrafted ceramic vessels created by the groom, block-print linens sourced from India, and collected family elements brought depth and meaning to every table.

With 112 guests attending, the celebration balanced sophistication with warmth. Every design decision was rooted in creating an atmosphere that encouraged connection—from the intimate ceremony setting to a candlelit dinner under the stars accompanied by live jazz and coastal breezes.

By blending family heritage, thoughtful hospitality, and timeless coastal design, the result was a wedding weekend that felt effortlessly elegant while remaining deeply connected to the people and place at the heart of the celebration.
